Making your own Greek yogurt is easy it can be made from store bought yogurt or from your own homemade plain yogurt using my easy homemade yogurt recipe. This recipe makes about 700 grams Greek yogurt.

1.4kgplain natural yogurtbought or homemade
Line the sieve with muslin and place over a large deep bowl.
Spoon the yogurt into the lined sieve.
Cover with plastic food wrap and place in the fridge.
Allow the yoghurt to drain for several hours or until you get a consistency you like.
Transfer the Greek yogurt to a container and store in the fridge.
