Before making the drink, squirt some chocolate sauce onto the insides of a glass and allow it to run down the sides of the glass.
Tilt and rotate the glass as you lightly squirt on the sauce to give an attractive look.
To apply the sauce, use a pipping bag filled with a small amount of chocolate sauce and cut the tip of the bag cut very small.
You could also use a small plastic squirt bottle with a small tip apply the sauce.
The place 4-5 ice cubes into a glass, fill the glass ⅔ full with cold milk, spoon on enough coffee foam so it fills the glass, drizzle some chocolate sauce over the foam and serve.

Alternate Sugars
You can use light or dark brown sugar and coconut sugar. However, do be aware that these sugars can add another flavour to the coffee, and it doesn’t whip up as well when compared to white sugar.
