If you want a healthy breakfast but don't have the time in the morning, make this recipe for easy overnight oats. It is so simple to make! It's just a matter of mixing a few ingredients in a container, putting them in the fridge overnight, and enjoy the next day.
1tablespoon(13 grams) maple syrup (optional)or sweetener of your choice added to taste
Instructions
Place the oats, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and seeds into a jar or bowl.
Stir until well combined. Cover and store in the fridge overnight.
To serve, add your toppings and enjoy.
