120grams(4.2 ounces / ¾ cup) mango, fresh or frozen
⅔cupmilk, dairy or plant milk.
1teaspoonsugar or maple syrup - optional
Instructions
If using fresh mango remove the peel and chop the flesh into chunks. Frozen mango pieces can be used frozen.
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
Notes
Mangos vary in sweetness depending on how ripe they are. If you find that your shake is not as sweet as you like, adjust the sweetness to your liking with your favorite sweetener.
Make it thicker, creamier, and more filling by adding silken tofu or ice cream.
