This mango shake is the perfect summer drink. It is delicious, refreshing, and budget-friendly, and can be made any time of the year.

Ingredients
  

  • 120 grams (4.2 ounces / ¾ cup) mango, fresh or frozen
  • cup milk, dairy or plant milk.
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or maple syrup - optional

Instructions
 

  • If using fresh mango remove the peel and chop the flesh into chunks. Frozen mango pieces can be used frozen.
  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and thick.

Notes

  • Mangos vary in sweetness depending on how ripe they are. If you find that your shake is not as sweet as you like, adjust the sweetness to your liking with your favorite sweetener.
  • Make it thicker, creamier, and more filling by adding silken tofu or ice cream.
