Assorted Halloween candy - you could use gummy worms, little candy pumpkins, candy corn, gummy body parts, snakes, or candy eyes.

You could "engrave" the tombstone with "RIP" using an edible black marker or chocolate piping.

Before making the pudding, use a permanent marker to draw faces onto the outside of clear plastic cups.

Fill the cups with green-colored pudding. To make a green pudding, add a few drops of green food coloring to instant vanilla pudding.

FAQ

Can dirt pudding cups be made in advance?

Yes, you can make these can in advance. However, the longer the cookie crumbs are on top of the pudding, the softer they will get.

If you wanted crunch cookie crumbs on top, make the pudding and add the cookie crumbs and candy just before serving.
